WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR CAREER PATH AT ESSILOR?
Spencer Jones: I came to Essilor’s US Brand Sales team in 2015, after working for three years in sales at Coca-Cola. After two years, I moved to my current position, supporting one of the US Region Vice Presidents, and his team, develop sales strategy around Transitions lenses.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN MISSIONS IN YOUR JOB NOW?
My role is to accelerate the growth of Transitions within the East-North East Region of the United States. I work closely with sales managers to develop plans that maximize their Transitions business. I provide context on marketing data, analysis on current sales trends, and training on key messaging around the Transitions brand.

I love empowering our sales teams through my work. When I’ve done my job well, our field representatives have the confidence and tools they need to be successful.
