Joining the Essilor group in a management and finance role is all about investing your experience in a dynamic, international and fast-growing publicly listed company.
Our role is to manage the Group’s financial flows and best allocate resources to support growth whilst ensuring complete compliance. We also develop the globalization of the finance function by organizing best practice sharing and giving our teams the opportunity to build their network of contacts.
As a publicly listed company, we have obligations to communicate regularly with shareholders and the markets about the financial health of the company. We also help guide the Group’s decision making, by providing detailed financial information according to its needs.
We cover all management and finance activities: accounting, management control, internal audit, treasury, reporting and consolidation. Our responsibilities can be classified into three broad categories:
To ensure that the Group’s resources are managed properly, and in particular allocated and available where needed. This is essential to the daily functioning and growth of its different entities.
Contributing to and producing timely financial information in compliance with all regulations to which Essilor is subject. This enables us to provide shareholders, financial analysts and the market in general with quality financial information.
Management support for decision-making:
Continuous monitoring and analysis of figures to provide the necessary information for management decision-making. Finance also monitors a series of warning signals that enable the company to react rapidly to any changes impacting the business.
