Its Alloy ReplacementTechnology (ART) uses a universal, reusable organic block-piece and UV-curable adhesive to hold the lens in place for generating and polishing. It helps ensure best lens quality results in high-precision operations, saves time through fewer production steps, is easy and cost effective to integrate into any lab, and is an environmentally responsible solution. Satisloh launched this innovationalong with demonstrations of its midsize manual lab “Macro-Lab” featuring a newbox coater MC-280-X for small batch manufacturing and its newly improved VFT-orbit automated generator for milling, cribbing and turning.
