Vision Essilor is the Group’s global on-boarding program specially designed to share Essilor’s culture and values, as well as company knowledge, through a unique and challenging one-week event. Participants – present and future managers alike, are invited to learn and share, connect with an international network of their peers, and interact with Essilor Top Management through a series of presentations, round tables and workshops. The result is a better understanding of the Essilor Group, its strategy, its activities and most importantly, its people.
This year’s Vision Essilor event brought together 117 participants from 27 countries, who enjoyed talks on a variety of topics in Paris between 17 – 21 September. During the week, participants a chance to show off their creative talents by acting out Essilor’s Principles & Values thanks to a fun video workshop. A visit to the Creteil Center for Innovation & Technology (CIT) was another eye-opening highlight of the week. Last but not least, participants certainly demonstrated leadership, collaboration and enthusiasm through a crowdfunded project to sponsor equipment and training for four new Eye Mitras*.
