Essilor® AVA™ is based on two technological pillars, which helps eye care professionals deliver precise eye examinations and a more accurate prescription for each patient.
– The more precise eye examination process is now based on a new subjective refraction at 0.01 D increments. This is achieved through Essilor’s breakthrough phoropter, the Vision-R™ 800. Thanks to a revolutionary optical module containing a precisely adjustable novel liquid lens, and a smart refraction program, it enables eye care professionals to easily perform an accurate and more precise subjective refraction through a smoother and reassuring experience for the patient.
