Controlling the logistics chain

Essilor supplies markets and subsidiaries with finished and semi-finished lenses. Out of the 14 Essilor plants, 12 manufacture lenses destined for several continents, implying a high number of flows. Designing and controlling the logistics chain are vital to ensure global operational fluidity.
